Advisory leadership often exists in the space between vision and delivery. As an advisor, my role is not just to shape strategy on paper but to ensure that it connects with execution on the ground. In creative industries, this bridge is even more critical. Without strategy, creativity risks being directionless. Without creativity, strategy risks being lifeless. The advisor’s role is to bring the two together so that ideas not only inspire but also achieve real results.
